alright ive tried and tired, i srank the shit out of some pics, i cant get'em below 7kb partaily cause my photos are shot at such a high resolution in the first place its virtualy impossible to bring the qaulity to them that low and make them work..... just wanted to know if someone else had a trick up there sleave to make this work........i been trying and trying...

If you post it. I can get it smaller with one of the programs I have.

I had never done it befor, i just google avator and uploaded my pic and it did the rest.... good luck

did you draw that on paper? the red looks blotchy and uneven. cool though!

nope i stole it off big Dave's Myspace and i changed the colors around and the blotchyness wont be able to see when its small as a AVATAR....

one way to do that big ryan is open a picture up in Paint. and save it as a gif file. that will drop the quality, and make the file size bigger. for future reference.

I use a old picture it and everything I save as a thumbnail is 1 or 2 kb
