This is probably self explanatory, but what is the best way to remove fender wells from the bed? All I have is a grinder and a sawzall. I was looking at it the other day, but those pinch welds/rivets are a biznitch.

You can get a spot weld breaker or spot weld drill bit for $20 on most tool trucks. I normally use a small air saw I got from Harbor Freight for $9. It works quick and easy.

Yeah, I might have to drill them out, but I do have access to a cutting torch. Guess I could blow the welds out "carefully".
