This is off of my dad's 2005 c/c s/b. It will only fit the crewcab shortbeds b/c of the 5 1/2' bed. I do not remember the brand, but it's just like a gaylords or snuglid style. It goes over the rail, has locks, nice carpet underneath, and a really nice installation setup. Quick and easy to install. It's still the smooth matte black finish from the factory but I can paint to match if necessary. Looks brand new still. $700 installed as is or $1000 painted to match and installed.
