There's a HUGE carshow in Carlisle, PA (August 5-7) every year called the Carlisle Truck Nationals. Most of you have heard of it or even have seen coverage of it in the mags. I've been talking with Speedy (No Regrets) from PA and we thought it would be cool to have the South invade the North next year. It's def. a long drive but I thought it would be pretty cool IF we can get several clubs/minitruckers involved and make it a fun memorable trip for everyone. What do you guys think? Last year they had over 2000 vehicle entries, so it's def. a BIG show w/ lots to do. Here's the link to it and you can see what you think about it and if you think it's worth trying to organize. I think it would be an awesome experience, but I seriously doubt I have the cash to go, especially with all the other shows that are closer to home that I want to hit up next year.

that would be SUPER BAD ASS! however I'm not sure how many people you'd be able to get to go with you. I don't know a whole lot of people who can make that trip around here, but if you hoof it and start gathering people from H town, dallas, austin, and everywhere, you might get a descent crew to roll. I'd love to go, but don't see it happening.

man you should look more into CampNdrag man that show is a blast!, i dont know alot bout Carlisle Truck Nationals but ive always saw it in the magazines and knows some guys out in NC that used tto go to it every year.

It could be alot of fun, but at the same time, it could be pretty expensive...gas, hotels, gas, eats, did i mention gas?

this is why i mention campNdrag, we all camp and have a great time, the weather is always perfect up there, it got a little warmer this year than it did the last, but the high was like maybe 75 to 80 degrees, all you pay for is Gas, and camping space on the grounds, and then if you want to enter the show is additional.. nothing but a Blast! if i can make it every year i will, its a really woodsy area around a lake it has alot shade and alot open spots so you can camp under trees and the show is out in a big feild.. Check into it if you really want to do this, we always take a good crew up there every year, last year i think probably bout 20 of us and like i want to say 6 rides maybe a couple more, and this year we took bout 8 rides and bout 20 or 30 people.. check into it!

I definitely want to make CampNDrag next year. Just by looking at the show coverage, it seems awesome, and there are a ton of quality rides there.

diffidently good quality rides, and its on the grounds the whole weekends no showing up and leaving to the hotels, its allday allnight of the weekend its a Blast! is all i can say! lol
