noticed afr heads those aint cheap been itching for a foxbody for a while. what will it run

How bad is the lag on that turbo?

naw i just bought it this week ive only driven it 5 miles

i always wanted another foxbody too and came across this one for a steal,
the heads were $2200
it ran 11.90s in the 1/4 mile with turbo and stock heads and different cam, and it wasnt running right then, and still aint running right now. needs a computer tune.

to be honest with ya, i dont even know what lag is

ive never had anything turbo before, so im learning

all i know is after i get it retuned and get use to it its gonna be a fun car

also im takin those seats out if anybody might want them make me an offer they are corbeau seats brand new and there not fatboy friendly...

turbo lag is the amount of time you experience less power until the turbo speeds up and provides boost

i dunno how much lag, but turbo has been turned down to 5lbs of boost so it can drive around until i get the computer tuned, then its gonna be somewhere around 10-12 lbs of boost, if yall know anybody thats around this area that could help me tune it let me know... ive been told some shops in dallas is where im gonna have to to take it..

i still want to hear it run, i sit around for 3 hours waiting for a hot battery and didnt even get to hear it turn over lol..

when i get it registered and inspected im gonna drive it to ur house

its gotta brand new battery now and if u thought ur dually drink gas i went about 10 miles on 1/4 tank of gas
