Finally starting on the 1953 chevy pickup my plan is to lay it flat on running boards on a s10 frame and stick a ls1 in it. I plan on suicide doors and eventually chop top to anyone that nows me i dont belive in junk work. Im going to run a parrallel 4 link in the rear and build a backhalf made out of 2x3 tubing and run some bars to the rear for the liftbars here are some pics for my intensions i will keep pics posted throughout the build. mine will be alot cleaner but this is just to get the idea. I also plan on putting 2600 dominators up front with spring pocket eliminators with suicide doors upper and lower control arms

here is some pics of the mockup on the s10 frame. fixin to order tubular upper and lower controlarms so i can lay flat frame with the bigger tires. has anyone ever used the dallas hot rod parts s10 uppers and lower control arms i know its the old byc arms but i was just wondering if they have gotten any better.
