OK guys heres a little problem i have. The first problem is shaved door handles on a daily driver, LOVE EM, but damnit are they a pain in the azz. Ive already had to bust one window out, but thats another chapter in another book. So to the point, i have a button on the outside, so leaving the keys in it is no problem, i also have a universal battery so i have the side posts for the truck and the top posts i use for accessories, running off the top posts i have wires that run to my inner fender and have bolts through them so if my battery is dead i can hook cables up to those posts, well they don't work and my battery has started to get week. So what im looking for is any suggestions for sure fire ways to get into my truck should my battery go dead....please help! lol

i took some 1/4 plastic tubing and ran it in a secret location with cable running through it. drill a hole in your door latch hook the cable and put a cable clamp on it do the same to the other end and now you have a manual pull door ive also seen people use brake cables off a bike this is the way ive always done it just for that reason

yeah a manual cable is the best back up for door poppers. cause it doesn't rely on a battery to still open it. And there are tons and tons of different ways to do a manual opener, and hide it. but no doubt it would be your best bet.
