not sure if he fought it or not, if he fights and loses he pays 300 for the ticket and 250 for court fees, if he fights it and wins he still pays 250 for court fees, i imagine he just payed the ticket and went about his business.

You are only spost to pay court fees if you lose. If you win you are spost to pay nothing. Thats what happend on the ones I took to court.

I wish i would have taken my speeding ticket to court, i was jacked up on some medicine that wasn't suppose to affect me like it did and after i had paid for it and everything, my doctor was like, "oh yeah we could have gotten you out of that thing" Of course like i said i had already paid my $300 for the ticket and almost $80 for defensive driving.
