the best suicides i ever saw was on my buddy Jason Henderson's dually he took hinges of another cars back doors i think and welded them in and reinforced the jam and made the door open up and turn into the jam and close like it was stock instead of the door folding around the side of the truck and outside the door jam...but all the interior wasn't tampered with or modified or anything it worked great...ill have to look for a picture of the truck when i get home i wish i had some pics how it open and closed smoothly but that was several years ago then....

If i do this, i won't have to be constantly adjusting anything like if i had lambo doors would i? Is this an install and leave it alone kinda deal or what?

I would hope so, cause 90% of a suicide kit is weld on. not a whole lot of adjustment with welding...

Another question, is this reversible?

Anything is reversible...its all just metal and paint, but if it is done RIGHT you will not ever think about changing it. It is alot more classy than lambo doors imo. Just find someone who you can seriously trust with the job and will take their time to make all the gaps line up when the door is closed, and make sure it opens up and latches back correctly. Dont rush suicide doors!

yeah what he said!

I want to try installing some suicide doors so bad. I just don't really have the drive to do it in my spare time at the shop. once I'm done with work, the last thing I want to do is more work.

but it's one of those mods that I know would be a huge challenge, and I want to try it.

Man, that sounds nice. I saw a 50s chevy for sale in tyler at a little car lot down from TJC the other day, may stop and look at it, partially because it was yellow :D and partially because it looked pretty clean.
