i just got this truck saturday.. i like it ALOT
00 gmc sierra
bagged on 24" u2 55's
slams all the way around
rear is narrowed 5" total
front is narrowed 1" and uppers raised 4"

interior BAD steering wheel
painted dash
suede headliner
suede and ostrich wrapped seats and box seats have been chopped down some

thats personal derk....

channel the cab.. doesn't lose headroom and it still lays rocker that way.. i would attempt it if i could weld sheetmetal worth a shit.. takes time and practice and i rather not practice on this truck but on the blazer...

on a nbs like mine u move the frame mounts down 2" and cut .75 outta thecab.. and where the cab seats mount to don't move any so u don't lose any headroom

hmm, sounds like you would still lose a inch of headroom though, which is better than 3inches for sure... i may have to look into that for sure..

No BR he's right, you're basically notching into the cab for the frame to slide into, so if you pulled out the carpet and seats down to just bare metal there would be a channel like hes talking about. Cause you're not doing anything to the cab floor except cutting out a small 3 or 4 inch wide section, how ever wide the frame is.
