I dunno if you have all the stock stuff to put back in it, then you will get more money (most likely) by selling the two differently (truck and interior). alot of normal people wouldn't buy the truck because of the interior, nor would they pay MORE for the truck because of the interior, so you'll prolly get your money back out of it better by taking it out, and selling it to someone more interested whose not looking for a whole truck.
