 Post subject: Paint Work and Little Body Work???

I live in longview, im looking to get my 89 gmc sierra 1500 ext cab primered, no real big body work to be done just a few dents here and there, or just get it sanded down and primer it with no body work at all, im looking for something that i call affordable work lol if ya know what i mean, im not building a show truck just want something besides blue white and faded paint colors, i really want black primer, if yall know anybody around the longview area or tyler area or somewhere between please let me know, just looking for decent work at a good price, i have the cash just need to get something done, i have pics and can call or text me, my name is andrew 903-372-6169, please let me know, thanx guys, im willing to learn and help with all that i can to help on price, im mechanically inclined, just never done this kinda stuff, just let me know what and where and ill do what i can, thanx guys

Hey man.. I wouldnt try to use blk primer for a final, if your goin to leave it for a long period of time.. primer will stain and scratch.. it looks good at first, but then will start lookn bad after awhile.. you could do primer, block it out and then shot a blk sealer on it, till you paint it. Depends on what type of primer you get, they are not ment to be left in the elements any ways.. they need a top coating anyways..

you can try Specialty Auto in Tyler. I hear they do good work. but they're kinda pricey.
