Some of you may still remember it. Just dug it out of the corner of
my shop and dusted it off. Need a bed if any one has a fleetside
Also could use the front steering assembly: box, center link, tie rods ect...

got a 383 in mind for it, 1" chop, round headlights, custom grill and retro bumpers, wood floor, and maybe uni-bodied..

Dude, I've wondered what you did with that truck! Do you remember me coming by the old Kreative Image shop when you worked with Brannon?

got another solid days work in finishing the metal work on outside of the cab...
ImageImage

lowered rear window frame 3/4" for stock glass, removed factory molding from glass, gotta relief cut each side and move frame in about 1/2" at bottom for 1/8" gap around glass and it will sit flush to cab..
ImageImage

bottom frame welded back and metal finished
Image

chop top VS. stock top

and here's a old pic of chassis before i swapped motor into my 97 xcab

Fast Forward a few hours..............

1.5" section. Forgot my saw horses in the garage so I didn't do doors today but I the cab is cut and tacked in place as well as fenders. Also cut firewall out so I can build a new one. Not bad for a half days work. Gotta go Xmas shopping now.
