Ite, my buddy jason, as most of ya'll know drives an 04 dodge ram single cab, its grey and bagged on 22 in kmcs... wel every since i have know him he has wanted to put 2 15s in that one hell of a cab... i was always like right on man... wel he shows up at my house with one 15... and i was like holy shit... tht looks alot harder than i thought it would be... just for one... he wanted a glass box behind the seat... we scrathed tht real quick.. and turned it in to a box/console... for one re sex 15.... he didnt want me to post any pics yet... but i talked him into one and am gonna post 3! lol lemme know wht yal think!! dont hold back... plz and also i threw in 3 pics of my rear door panels under way for a 6.5 component set...

the console is the actual air space for sub... somewhere around 4.. hard to be exact with all the curves... it is ported and tuned to 30... the ports are 8x4x9 on each side.. the passenger side swirl oval design will be a plexi insert with some time of something behind it.. and the driver side is and amp rack for hifonics 1000x1 hfi

now for lots of dynaglass and rage!!!! lol

oh im not bro... personallly I do tht last... with chopped strands and resin.... and i do it from the inside, cause then thers no sanding involved, nor itching... and its just as strong...

Your right, definately easiest to glass it from the inside when you have access. You said you do it last, do you mean even after you body work the outside?

yepp after, thats how i was taught at school... and yess when you have acces... but im not glassin the whole inside just around the trim ring and in the big open area.... i chose to use dyna glass, instead of dura glass cause its short hair fiberglass its the same as mat.. inna jist... can be be built up and in, atleast and not crack.. alot of the stuff we built up there we didnt even matt...
