Is there any place in East Texas that can narrow a rear end for a REASONABLE price. You probably guessed it. New wheels = too wide.

Im guessing Trey can do it! I watched him make cisco drive shaft shorter! Might ask him! He's has been busy so might not have time.

Yeah, appartenly there are thousands of people running 22x9 with 5.5" backspacing, but it isn't even close to working for me. I sent the one defected wheel back today. Supposedly they were going to send my new wheel today, but I doubt that. I started looking when I got home, and it looks like if I narrow the rearend any, my the wheel/tire is going to hit by bag bracket and bag. So much for paint/body, bedfloor or anything else.

They wont exchange the wheels for the backspacing you need? They are brand new right?

5" and 5.5" is the only backspacing they offer. Pretty much one of the only wheels I can run without narrowing my rearend is the Boss 335 (which every fullsize has).

Like I said, load up your wheels and head over to Daves, that way you and him can look and figure something out.

Have you thought about using a rearend out of a 73-87 squarebody chevy? They are a little more narrow than our bodystyle and the same lug pattern...Just a thought.

I din't think of that at all man! I think we've got it figured out though. Had to do some trimming on the inner bedside.
