Hey im curious if anyone out there has put shocks on a bagged s-10 with 20's was wondering if there is a good cheap shock part # i can use off of some other vehicle that will collapse small enough. understand ? id rather find some outta o'reillys rather than order them from airbagit.com... warranty and cash reasons, if anyone has done this or know someone who has or knows something please lemme know thank's a million!

there was an article in a mini truckin one time about mounting the front shocks to the swaybar. you kinda notch the frame out sideways, reinforce it, then build a tower for the top above the notch, and weld on some tabs to the sway bar. that way your shocks are never in your way, and it still helps dampin the bumps. I thought it was cool, and I plan on doin it to the jimmy before it gets sold. maybe...

It is all on how you have your bag set up and where you mount your shocks to know what size you use. Like on my full size I was able to use stock shocks to lay out on 20 but my noma I have even bigger shock due to the location where I put em.
