Over the next few weeks im going to try to update the site to phpbb3. It will be alot quicker and it will get reid of the server error that comes up every now and then.

When you are done with the upgrade let me know what, if any, hassles you run into. I am thinking about an upgrade to the OT forum...but I am really concerned about losing a few years worth of posts.

Here is what I can tell you about the upgrade right now... free up a few hours of your evening or weekend to do it. I have been working on this upgrade for the OT forum for a couple of hours so far and I am still on step 16!

I did do a conversion on a test site I also have and the new version is awesome! A lot of functions built in that you didn't get with version 2.X.X but it will take some getting used to.

yea im still trying to make some time. between both jobs and working on my noma. I havent had a chance to start.
