When I first got into minitrucks or bagged rides in general in 02 there was no club hatered toward each other. Now its 2010 and people in clubs act like 2 years olds. Come on people WTF we are here for one thing no matter what club you come from who gives a shit!

Your in that club for a reason just like someone is in their club for a reason. All the fighting and drama is the reason Im not in a club and probably will never be cause it looks like un needed drama to me.

I would have to agree hope u enjoy the forums here I haven't seen anything but fun being poked between friends and like u said a shared hobby and love for cool trucks

very true. jeff has started something really good for us here. with help from his other admin guys, this forum has been a fun and educational site for guys new to the scene like me. i also have to plug that i love my club but enjoy that this site is represented by so many clubs big and small. easttxminis is a great asset to the mini truck scene. at least i feel that way.

the problem is some people just cant behave as people on some of them other forums, people getting into stupid arguments, and fights..that's not the matter of what club or if your a minitrucker or now, thats just being a retarded person... i like meeting everyone thats into the scene, there are a few that are just idiots id rather not hangout with much, but for the majority of the scene, people that work hard on there rides and Twist Wrenches and bust knuckles on there rides to get it where they want it, i can relate too.. people just need to learn how to be humans sometimes..

for starters it depends on the club if it full of imature idiots well then thats what you get but not all clubs are that way and not all minitruckers are that way those clubs liuke like eventually implode because that much stupidity all bunched together is very volitile and they fade away and news ones take there place you will never stop this you just have to ignore it have a passion for the rides and hang around people who feel the same way and you will enjoy it much more...............................let the natives fight amongst them selves


now my biggest problem with the scene is not the clubs and online bs its the shows and the way some of you people act in public some of you are to young to understand this but things will change the older you get and as you get more than just youself to take care of ( kids wife bills ) there is a time and place for everything and some people dont get that you can get wasted in a bar and act a fool and its ok becuase everyone there is of age to do the same you dont do this at shows that are already under the microscope of the police and the public..............you can ask a stripper to see her tits all you want or some whore at a party can be talked into stripping and get fucked by half the guys there but you dont ask some strange woman that you dont know thats with her husband or kids to do the same thing just becuase you are the majority and have no fear of repercussions its not right get some manners and understand that the worse one group acts the worse it makes us look as a whole or think about if that was you wife or your little kids who you want to love cars and trucks as much as you but they cant enjoy them because people cant act right go to a hot rod show and you will see why there are so maney people who go to them and enjoy them ......................................look at it from other peoples point of veiw and look how you act it will affect the whole scene in the long run

wow a hole number uno you layed it down and there are so many people on so many forums that need too hear that statement i wont take my 9 yr old to a show and that sucks cause she loves trucks and cars and loves alot of the people that we have met in the scene but there is too much disrepect at all angles weather it be women or kids or even the people that have vehicles that arent as done up as some, thats exactly what why-wear represents, that we have a love that all of us love and that is sport trucks or minis or alot of us customs in general we all strive to be different wheather a house or car or heck a wagon lol its awesome. im new to this scene but have been in it once before and it was crazy than now its getting out of hand especially motel rooms its sad when we have a great show and a motel wont let people that make up a part of the show stay at there place of business(that could be near sold out in rooms) do to the fact that they are scared a mini trucker will trash the place i say alot of us older guys start making a stand and i know we have alot of guys older than me even that act worse than the youngsters. id like to see a show be a show and party hard after hours kinda like tex mex besides thats a 4 day party straight lol

also i have talked to alot of guys in there 30s that said they got out of the scene cause they just grew up well any hot rod builder never grows up and i want to be going to shows like turkey drag and god speed for alot of years to come and not for the craziness but cause of the people i wanna hang out with that i met in the scene that i cant hang out with every weekend due to them living 1000 miles away

hey not me i am 36 and still lovin the scene. i just blow off the peeps who act like their shit dont stink. the way i see it is they will get theirs one day and when they do i will just sit back and laugh.

i know what you mean about idiots in the club. there is one in mine that just stupid stuff. like mudding at 08 turkey drag. when put on our show in july he wanted ran around with his liittle buddies instead of work like every one else. not to mention starting sht people then run to everyone else for help.

i havent been around in the show scene till 06 but in 06 to now i have seen that shit. i bleed oil i eat grease and i breath tire smoke i am a gear head and i fuckin love what i do.

I've been in the scene for 14 years and have seen it at it's best and at it's worst. I remember as a kid enjoying going to shows w/ my pops, but there's no way that I'm going to bring my kids to most of the shows nowadays. That's one reason I started WhyWear b/c we need to make a stand for the hobby that we all love. If no one stands up and starts setting a standard, then we are all going to just watch our scene fall apart. If we don't make it more family friendly where our kids can grow up in the scene with us, then they are going to miss out on a part of life that I cherish.....memories w/ my folks taking me to shows. It may sound cheezy to you all, but it's the truth. I hope others, like you guys here, will help us set the standard for how minitruckers should act at a show. Just my two cents...

well i am with you why wear guys i can be a little blunt but it just pisses me off so i think i will buy some of your stuff pm me please with some info on your product i will gladly support some change
